2025 Mini Mashers Program
- All payments are non-refundable for any reason, unless the age group is full and we are unable to roster your player.
Rockies Scout Team
Player fees are non-refundable.
Diamond Club Velocity Program
14 days or more before the program begins: Full refund or credit 1-13 days prior to the start of the program: Refund or credit, minus $50 admin fee *There are not refunds/credits once the program has started.
Speed and Strength Training
Credit, Refund, and Cancellation Policy If a camp is cancelled by Diamond Club Baseball for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel an enrollment prior to 10 days of the start of a camp, we will issue you either a full camp credit or a refund, minus a $25 administration fee. If you cancel an enrollment within 6-10 days of the start of a camp, we will issue you either a full camp credit or a refund, minus a $50 administration fee. The credit is valid for one year from camp date at any of our camps throughout the year. Credit is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp. Camps cancelled within 5 days of the start of a camp are only eligible for a camp credit. There are no refunds or credits issued once camp has started.
